What would it take to guarantee this website would have enough funding to archive content for at least 5 years? Some sort of commitment here would be good! I think if we’re going to be posting valuable resources on here, a promise to archive content for a while could be valuable.
As long as the server costs stay relatively low, we’ll keep paying it ourselves for a long time (~5 years). If the server costs ever rise to a point where we cannot cover it ourselves, we will set up a Patreon to cover the costs.
If the community stays dedicated and content quality remains high, I’d totally be down to help crowdfund the hosting.
